Integrations

The integrations that actually speed up your board cycle.

BoardiGO connects governance workflows with calendar-compatible scheduling, common meeting workflows, and cloud-document sources.

Every connection has a purpose.

What ships today

The integrations BoardiGO actually wires into governance.

Each integration below is wired into the board workflow to make materials, meetings, and follow-up faster. We don't do connections just for the sake of marketing.

  1. Google Workspace (Drive + Calendar)

OAuth flow, Drive connection and workflow document usage are wired in. Coverage is strong for Google-centric teams; access is gated by the GOOGLE_WORKSPACE feature flag, which we confirm with you when you integrate.

  2. Microsoft 365 (SharePoint + OneDrive)

SharePoint / OneDrive-style file handling and authorization surfaces are wired in for office-file governance workflows. Gated by the MICROSOFT_365 feature flag, with enterprise Microsoft setup proof shared when you integrate.

  3. Video meetings — Zoom anchor + Teams / Meet / Webex surfaces

Zoom is the strategic anchor because it feeds the transcript / AI minutes path. Teams, Google Meet and Webex are integration surfaces today, and we validate your specific provider with you.

  4. Cross-calendar scheduling

Google Calendar processing today, with cross-calendar compatible invites for the broader stack, so board scheduling stays in sync wherever your members live.

  5. Platform support — realtime, search, billing, notifications

Pusher real-time, Algolia search, Stripe checkout / subscription billing and the email/notification queue keep the workflow product running. We describe these as platform support, not market-facing integration breadth.

Integrations with a purpose

Every integration earns its place in the workflow.

BoardiGO connects the tools a board already uses to make materials, meetings and follow-up faster — not to chase a connector count. Here is how we think about the edges.

Integration scoping

Tell us which integrations matter for your evaluation.

The cleanest way to get a real answer is to tell us which provider, which workflow and which constraints (identity, plan gating, support team) you need. Admins, IT teams, board operators and fund operators usually write in this way — it is shorter than a demo and more useful than a sales call.
