Decisions deserve a record
Not minutes typed up after the fact. A formal, signed, evidenced trail that survives the meeting, the inbox and the people who were in the room. That is the entire reason this company exists.
About BoardiGO
We kept seeing the same gap. A board meets, decides, votes, signs something — and the decisions scatter across a meeting tool, an inbox, a signing platform and a folder. None of it joins back up.
BoardiGO is the workflow that finally connects it: materials, agenda, decisions, signatures, minutes, evidence and follow-up — in one permanent record.
What we operate by
These are not aspirational values. Each one shapes a real decision in the product, the pricing or the way we communicate. If a section of the site contradicts one of these, the principle wins.
Not minutes typed up after the fact. A formal, signed, evidenced trail that survives the meeting, the inbox and the people who were in the room. That is the entire reason this company exists.
A board is a workflow with materials, decisions, signatures, minutes and follow-up — not a place to host the deck. We built the workflow. The portal is what falls out of it, not the other way around.
We say what we ship and what we do not. The security pack, the comparison page and the deferred-backlog ledger all exist so the marketing copy never has to outrun the receipts. Procurement, fund evaluators and CISOs do not get surprises.
Boards do not scale by adding ten more seats. Pricing should not pretend they do. Free, Pro and Enterprise are priced per organisation with limits published openly; the workflow is the same on every plan.
BoardiGO uses AI to help prepare agendas, summarise discussions and reduce administrative work. No AI signs a decision, approves minutes, publishes a record or sends anything externally without a human approval state. That is a hard rule, not a stylistic preference.
Not every audience is for BoardiGO today. We are not a VDR, a GRC suite, a cap-table tool or a generic e-signature platform — and we say so on the homepage, on the comparison page and during qualification. The cost of pretending otherwise is paid by the customer six months later.
What we have shipped
Beliefs are cheap. These are the things that have actually shipped, with receipts you can test yourself. The detail behind each item lives on the page it belongs to — this list is just the index.
BoardiGO's information security management system is independently certified to ISO/IEC 27001. The approved certificate scope, sub-processors, the DPA route and the incident-response summary are shared on request under NDA for procurement and security reviews. Hosting and operations are run from Europe.
Materials, agenda, decisions, signatures, minutes, evidence and follow-up live on one record. Not a meeting tool with signing bolted on, not a board portal with a separate signing vendor — one workflow, one record, one place the audit trail lives.
Every decision and signature on BoardiGO carries the evidence trail to defend it later. The signature and minutes-binding stack is aligned to the EU eIDAS framework for advanced and qualified electronic signatures. The detail lives on the evidence-signatures page.
Single sign-on (via WorkOS-backed identity for the common enterprise IdPs) and API access with bearer-token authentication ship on the Enterprise plan today. Setup proof, the IdP matrix and the route-scope detail come with onboarding, not stamped on the homepage.
